Privacy

Plain words about what SanghaSpace keeps, who can see it, and how you take it back. This app holds personal things — we treat that as sacred, not as inventory.

What we keep

Your email (to sign you in), the name and optional picture you choose, what you write and post, your practice check-ins, your gathering RSVPs, and a simple monthly count of camera-room visits that helps us keep those rooms running. Only if you choose to add them: your birth details and full name for the Cosmos and Numerology rooms. There are no trackers and no ads.

Your birth data

Birth date, time, and place live in their own protected table that only you can read. They are shared with another member only when you both explicitly agree, community by community, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Your journal

Path journal entries are readable by exactly one person: you. Not the teacher, not the platform, not any reviewer — no exceptions.

Privacy follows audience

Whatever you place before others — a post, a reflection, a milestone you chose to share — is visible to the members of that sangha. Whatever only you can see stays only yours.

Your name, picture, and gatherings

The name and optional picture you choose appear beside what you share. Saying you're coming to a gathering puts your name on the teacher's door list, and everyone sees the count; the exact address is shown only to people who said yes.

Moderation and AI

Public-audience content may be reviewed by automated moderation to keep the space safe. Private content is never scanned, never used to train anything, never read. When a teacher asks for one of their videos to become a written lesson, its captions travel to an external AI service that drafts the text — the teacher's own material, at the teacher's request, never used to train that AI.

No selling, no sharing

Your data is not sold, rented, or handed to advertisers — ever. Payments are handled by our payment partners on their own pages; your card never touches this app.

Take it with you

Your accumulated practice path downloads as a CSV from The Path, and your written words — journal, dreams, reflections — download together as one file. Any time, no questions.

Delete everything

Your account page has a real delete button. It erases your account and everything attached to it — birth data, journal, check-ins, posts, memberships — immediately and permanently.
